The integration is exclusively compatible with Office 365, Outlook.com, live.com, or Hotmail calendars.
Each user in a single location can connect to only one Outlook account. However, if the same user exists in another sub-account within the same agency using the same email address, they can also connect the same Outlook Calendar in that sub-account.
The Outlook integration is specifically designed for Group Calendars and does not extend to individual calendars.
How to connect to Outlook Integration?
To connect your Outlook account, follow these steps:
Go to Settings in your CRM account.
Click on Profile to access your profile settings.
Look for the Integrations section within your profile settings.
In the Integrations section, you will find the option to connect your Outlook account.
Important information to consider:
The user who is logged in and wishes to integrate their Outlook account should be a part of the specific sub-account.
During the integration process, you will be prompted to grant permission for LeadConnector to access your Outlook Calendar. To proceed with the integration, click on the option to permit LeadConnector access. This step is necessary to ensure the seamless synchronization of your calendar data between LeadConnector and Outlook.
How to configure my calendar to use Outlook Integration?
To configure your calendar settings, navigate to the Settings menu and select Profile. Scroll down to the bottom right of the page, where you will find the Calendar Configuration section. Within this section, you will see two segments or sections where you can adjust your calendar settings.
Primary Calendar: Syncs all calendar events between Google/Outlook and the CRM.
Check for Conflicts: Reads calendar events from Google/Outlook to check for scheduling conflicts.
Primary Calendar Configuration
To select your Outlook account for synchronization, click the edit button under Primary Calendar. In the dropdown menu, you will see all your Outlook calendars listed. Choose the calendar you wish to read from and write to in the CRM.
Please Note:
If appointments are not syncing to or from Outlook, you can resolve this issue by editing the Primary calendar, selecting "Do not sync events to the primary calendar," saving the changes, and then reselecting the same calendar. This will help resolve any syncing problems and ensure proper synchronization between your CRM and Outlook.
Check for Conflicts Configuration
Click the "Edit" button under the "Check for Conflicts" section to access your Outlook calendars. You can choose the calendar you want to check for conflicts from there.

No, the integration only works for team calendars.
Is it possible to link two separate Outlook accounts from different users to one location for a single user?
No, you can only link one Outlook account to one user in a specific location.
The system does not permit me to link an Outlook account to a user already connected through a different user (even if it's the same person using another email address in the other CRM user account). If this is functionality, do you have any workaround solutions?
Yes, you can connect one Outlook account to a single user across multiple locations, but you cannot connect the same account to a different one. However, we provide a detailed message explaining this limitation.

As an administrator, can I establish Outlook integration for agents from the Team Management module?
Currently, you need to log into the system using your Agents account and connect to Outlook. Then, you can configure the Primary and Calendar Configuration settings from the Team Management module.
Can I utilize both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar concurrently?
Yes, it is possible to use both Google and Outlook calendars simultaneously. You can set up the primary calendar to connect with Outlook and enable checking for conflicts from Google and Outlook or vice versa.
Can I simultaneously create appointments in both Google and Outlook calendars for a single user in one location?
No, you can only create appointments in one calendar at a time.
Is this feature available in my billing plan?
Outlook integration is exclusive to the Freelancer 297 and Agency Pro 497 plans.
Please keep in mind:
Regarding recurring meetings, the system will synchronize only the initial event in the series. If any event within the series is modified, it will not be synchronized back to the system.
When you disconnect Outlook integration, the Outlook calendars connected to the primary calendar and the check for conflicts calendar will be automatically removed.
