How to use the SMS and Email Templates
Go to Account > Marketing > Templates
Click on Add Templates, you can choose between text and email templates.
Here's an example of how to create a Text Template:
This is the appearance of a Text Template creation process.
Meanwhile, an Email Template will have the following appearance:
This is how an Email Template will be displayed.
We now have two templates.
We can go to campaigns and go into any campaign.
Go to Automation > Campaigns > Edit any Campaign
We can now add a template for SMS and Emails.
Kindly take note that when attaching videos to SMS messages, there is a maximum file size restriction of 500 Mb.
