What is In-App Upsell?
In-App Upselling in Membership: Selling Additional Offers or Products on the My Library Page
After purchasing an initial offer, members can view locked products or course bundles on the My Library page, where they can make additional purchases.
Adding an In-App Upsell?
How to add your In App-Upsell to an Offer:
Step 1: Create an offer by following the instructions in the Help Documentation.
Step 2: Navigate to your "Offers Dashboard" and choose the desired offer to attach the upsell.
Step 3: Access the Upsell section and click the "+ Add Upsell Offer" button.
Step 4: Choose between In-App upsell or One-click upsell, based on your preference.
Step 5: Select the offer you want to use as the upsell from the dropdown menu.
Step 6: Customize the upsell page according to your preferences, making it visually appealing and engaging for your members.
Note: Please activate the upsell and save the changes after customizing the upsell page.
Note: You can add multiple In-App upsells to an offer.
Customizing an In-App Upsell Checkout Page
To customize an Upsell checkout page:
Step 1: Click on the customization button in the list view to access the customization options.
Step 2: Apply the desired customizations in the customizations section on the page's left side.
Step 3: Click on the "Save" button at the top right corner of the page to apply the customizations to the Upsell checkout page.
Preview Your In-App Upsell
You can view your upsell purchase experience by clicking the "Preview" icon on the list view or to the right of your Upsell customizations page.

Editing Your In-App Upsell
Once you have added an Upsell to your Offer, you can further customize specific details of the Upsell Page.
How to edit your upsell:
Step 1: Access your Offer Builder and locate the Upsell attached to your Offer.
Step 2: Within the Upsell page, select the name of the Upsell you want to edit.
Step 3: Make the desired changes to the Upsell page or update the Upsell offer as needed.
Removing In-App Upsell
To remove In-app Upsell from your Offer:
Step 1: Navigate to the Offers section.
Step 2: Choose the specific Offer you want to remove from the Upsell.
Step 3: Access the Upsell section within the Offer page and click on the three dots.
Step 4: Select the "delete" option to remove the Upsell offer from the Offer.
