Turn off the 'One field at a time' setting: Ensure the 'One field at a time' option is turned off in the 'Survey fields settings' menu.

Utilize Custom Fields for conditional logic: Use Custom Fields when creating questions with conditional logic.

Custom Field Types for conditional logic: The following Custom Field Types support conditional logic: Checkbox, Single Option, and Radio.

Avoid using 'Allow Add Custom Options' with the Radio custom field: When using the Radio custom field type, refrain from enabling the 'Allow Add Custom Options' feature. If a lead chooses to add a custom option, you won't be able to redirect them.

Exclusive use of conditional logic custom fields: For the redirect to function correctly, ensure that custom fields with conditional logic are the only fields present on a slide. Do not combine them with any other fields, including basic Text fields.
