How does the Affiliate Manager work?
After creating and publishing a live affiliate campaign, all enrolled affiliates will receive unique affiliate links to share with their network. When a customer signs up through an affiliate link, the payout and commission details are recorded and displayed in the 'Payout - Pending' tab on the 1st of each month.
In the 'Payout - Pending' tab, the affiliate owner can review the generated payouts and choose to either approve or deny them for payment. Once a payout is approved, the affiliate owner must export the payout information and upload it onto their chosen payment gateway. Manual payment processing is then carried out based on the provided CSV file.
Once the payment has been successfully made, the affiliate owner needs to update the payment status within the Affiliate Manager. This step ensures accurate reporting for the affiliate and the overall campaign, reflecting the correct payment status.
